Exercise Tips and Easy for your Body

  •   If you are breast – feeding, it would not be best to start on a diet due to your baby’s nutrients need from you. In the meantime try to maintain a high nutritious healthy diet. You should eat higher amount of calcium’s, potassium’s, and more veggies. The only way you’re baby gets nutrients is through your breast milk so eat as much healthy food for your baby. Once your baby is weaned off of your beast milk maybe then you can start thinking about dieting, but for now just do what is best for your baby.

  •   For those who aren’t breast – feeding, try to eat six small meals a day that’s high in protein, nutrients and low in fats. Also, if you are concern about not being able to spend enough time with your family due to your exercise regime, then you can always start a program that your family can be part of. You can go swimming for an hour or two every other days with your family and still have fun or you can alternate the days to start on your cardio by walking around the block, and to the park with your family.
