It can be a little harsh on your body especially if you have never tried or taken it before. Keep in mind that Bikram Yoga is actually performed in a room with recommended minimum temperature of 105 degrees Fahrenheit and 40 percent humidity... Which will make you sweat like a pig! It won't just help you lose weight, it will also help your flexibility, mind and spirit as well. But before you do decide to give Bikram Yoga a try make sure you talk to your doctor first.
- Thinking about Water aerobics exercise? It's fun, safe and very easy at that. Water aerobics is very beneficial to everyone and all levels. It can be therapeutic for your joints and muscles and for pregnant women as well. Also drink plenty of water and make sure you have all the right gears before exercising.
