Manhattan Group LLc, of Minneapolis recalls an infant rattle toys due to a choking hazard. The rattle toy is 5 inches long and it is made of clear plastic with blue end cap pieces. It also has two clear handles that feature colorful beads inside and bright colored rings on the outside. In the center of the rattle, when it is turned, a blue face spins on a purple post inside the rattle. The name of the product is "Tumble Tower Infant Rattles". The rattle has a blue plastic end caps that can break into small pieces that can be a choking hazard to young children.
It is manufactured in China, and it is sold at gift and specialty stores nationwide, mail order catalogs, and it was being sold online (internet) from September 2007 through April 2008 for about $15.
What consumer can do is to take the rattle toys away front young children and return the toy to where it was purchased for a refund or contact Manhattan Group to exchange the rattle toys for a different toy.
