I Want My Body Back!

 Be realistic mommies, we all know we want our body to look exactly the same way before we had a baby and we all know that is not going to happen unless you go through a very expensive plastic surgery... But we can for sure improve the appearance of our body by exercise routines and activities. You will also be getting the benefit by improving your confidence, self-esteem and your energy to care for your child.

There are tons of ways you can do to lose weight after pregnancy. Before you do start or plan your own daily routine exercises, make sure you get the green light from your doctor first. It takes about six weeks for your body to heal after the birth of your baby. Patience is the key... You need to remember and understand that your body just went through a lot of trauma from the birth of your child, and it's not going to happen overnight. So relax, enjoy every moment with your new baby and overtime you will eventually lose all that baby fat! Good luck to all!

Family Outing Getaways

  Holidays just around the corner! Are you thinking or planning on a family getaway? Don't exactly know where to start and where to go? Don't have any ideas for vacation spot that is kid friendly?

There are a lot of fun places to go to with your kids, you just have to look and search around and you should always check for the weather before you go on your trip to be in the safer side. Always arrive early, we all know how much we like to have an easy access parking spots and bring snacks & water bottles...You don't want your little ones to get dehydrated especially if it is during hot summer days! Also, don't forget to bring a stroller as well it will save your arm! 

A few years back, my family and I went on a vacation to Universal Studios and Disneyland. We brought our daughter and she was only 4 years old at the time, which it worked out well. We had a great time together. My daughter enjoyed it so much and still remembers everything...She is 11 years old now!

I did some research online from friends and family for kid friendly vacation spots. There are actually tons of places you can go to. It all depends how much you want to spend and where you want to go. Well, here are some suggestions where your families can go and good luck in finding the right one or more!

Beware! Old School "Sesame Street" Shows, Adults Only?

 Say what? No more Cookie Monster, Big Bird and little Elmo? I used to love watching that show when I was a kid. My kids love to watch cookie monster gobble up all the cookies. Apparently the "first original Sesame Street shows" no longer suits our toddlers to watch. According to the earnest warning on Volumes 1 and Volumes 2 episodes, its Adults only! The shows may not be suitable for today’s preschool children. Wow, I guess better throw away those old school "Sesame Street" Adult only videos. Barnacles!
